ABOUT THE JOB Our client is a woman living in Nora who is now looking to expand her team with one or two hourly substitute caregivers. She was born with a brain injury and as a result has an intellectual disability. She lives in an apartment in Nora and needs help with all daily tasks, personal hygiene, as well as outings and activities. She has sleep problems and sometimes becomes very tired during the day; it is important to be able to adjust today's plans and adapt to how she is feeling. She can become aggressive when she feels unsafe or is too tired. She speaks only a little, but understands most of what you say. YOU ARE Responsible and confident in yourself and in your knowledge as a personal assistant. You ideally have previous experience working with aggressive behavior or autism-like traits. WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT LEVEL Extra as needed She works 24-hour shifts with very little on-call duty. SALARY At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed hourly base salary + vacation compensation and any shift premium compensation. A collective bargaining agreement applies.
