About the Position We are looking for someone who can step in as a substitute teacher in school and aftercare programs as needed to cover when regular staff are away on planned leave, as well as during shorter temporary absences. This means you may be contacted in the morning when a need arises for just a few hours, but also for full days and sometimes several consecutive days. As a substitute, your tasks may vary, but your responsibilities include supporting operations in different ways. This can include teaching in school and aftercare or being a student resource in classrooms and supervising students during breaks. You are an engaged, flexible, and adaptable person who preferably has had similar assignments before. You have strong abilities to lead a student group and follow existing planning. About the Employment As a substitute hourly employee, you will be contacted by the school administrator when regular staff are absent. This can involve calls/text messages in the morning for work the same day, but also planned substitute assignments.
