We are now seeking substitute teachers for Guldkrokskolan grades 7-9. As a substitute, you have an important role in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. The subjects you teach will vary and we need substitutes who can work with language instruction as well as physical education, crafts, or mathematics, depending on where vacancies arise. We recruit on an ongoing basis according to need throughout the year. The work involves: • Following the teaching plan from the regular teacher. • Maintaining order and creating a safe environment for students. • Supporting students individually or in groups during class time. • Participating in the school's daily activities and contributing to a positive climate. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are flexible and enjoy working with teenagers in middle school age. • Have good ability to create structure and order in the classroom. • Are pedagogically minded and can adapt to different needs. • You do not need to have teacher training, but it is a merit if you have experience working in schools, associations, or similar activities.
