Betelskolan is an independent school on Hönö in Gothenburg's northern archipelago. Here, 190 students are enrolled in grades F-9. Right now we are seeking substitute teachers for the school year 26/27. At Betelskolan, we work to ensure that all students are seen, feel safe, and can develop according to their abilities. We work toward positive relationships and student well-being to effectively work toward our learning goals. Security, knowledge, and creativity are important building blocks in the school's approach. Without a sense of security, students cannot absorb knowledge, so the school's first task is to ensure that students feel safe in school. The school's main mission is for students to develop their knowledge. By working creatively, we increase the conditions for students to absorb knowledge. Therefore, all three components are necessary for each student to have the best possible school experience. Betelskolan is operated by a non-profit foundation that also serves as the school's principal.
