Qualifications Working as a substitute teacher involves supporting the school's operations as a teacher when needs arise. It mainly consists of short assignments with short notice that can work well for you if you're studying or have other employment. To succeed in the role, we believe you are training to become a teacher through teacher education. It is a merit if you have experience working in upper secondary or primary school. As a person, it is important that you have a strong interest in and ability to help others. You are a confident and coaching person who is attentive and clear in your approach. You are also taking initiative, pedagogical and communicative and have the ability and willingness to be a leader in the classroom. As a substitute teacher, you work independently, but of course in dialogue with a teacher and students at the school. Employment Form The position is an intermittent employment for the school year 2026/2027. We would like you to start immediately according to agreement.
