JOB RESPONSIBILITIES For the fall semester, we are looking for supply teachers who can step in for shorter and longer assignments. You are flexible and enjoy teaching both full classes and small groups. You have a holistic perspective on the student's situation and are a trustworthy adult at school. You are also comfortable substituting at aftercare when needed. Please specify whether you can work at both schools or only one (Kyrkslättens School in Kall and Racklöfska School in Järpen). As a person, you collaborate easily, feel confident and secure even in challenging situations, and can easily adapt to different types of tasks and situations. You often find win-win solutions through a humble focus on the common goal. You communicate clearly and can easily distinguish between the issue and the person. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. QUALIFICATIONS • It is advantageous if you are a qualified teacher for grades F-3 or 4-6. • Good experience and knowledge within NPF. • You have a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively with students, guardians, colleagues, and school management. • We expect that you have very good ability to work both goal-oriented and solution-focused according to applicable guidelines, and that the child's best interests are always your focus. We return from summer vacation on August 5 and will begin recruitment then. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: By agreement.
