At Bräcke hemtjänst Alingsås, we are looking for hourly substitute caregivers who want to work close to people in their everyday lives. With us, you help our clients with care, practical tasks, and other support that makes it possible for them to remain at home. We meet each person based on their needs. We do this with compassion, respect, and humanity as our foundation.
Your Role in the Team
As an hourly substitute caregiver, you work when regular staff are on leave or absent. The job offers variety, movement, and many encounters with people in different life situations. You work largely independently, but always have colleagues to consult and collaborate with. When you join us, you'll receive a practical introduction with regular staff. You'll get to know our working methods, the area, and our clients before you begin working more independently.
The job includes, among other things:
Assistance with personal care
Light housekeeping tasks
Accompanying clients on errands, such as doctor visits
Documentation
Transporting yourself between clients by bike or car
About Bräcke hemtjänst Alingsås
Bräcke hemtjänst is centrally located in Alingsås, based on Kolavägen. Around 50 colleagues work here, helping each other and sharing responsibility for daily planning. When we need support, coordinators and the operations manager are close at hand.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in people-oriented work or care
You can ride a bike
You can speak and write Swedish fluently
Completed or ongoing education in healthcare and social care is an asset
