Temporary Caregiver - Home Care Services

At Bräcke Home Care Alingsås, we are looking for temporary caregivers who want to work closely with people in their daily lives. With us, you will help our clients with care, practical assistance, and other support that enables them to continue living at home. We meet each person based on their individual needs. We do this with care, respect, and compassion as our foundation. Your Role in the Team As a temporary caregiver, you work when regular staff are on leave or absent. In this job, you get variety, movement, and many encounters with people in different life situations. You work largely independently, but always have colleagues to consult and collaborate with. When you start with us, you'll receive practical training together with regular staff. You'll learn our working methods, the area, and get to know our clients before working more independently. Your responsibilities include: Assistance with personal care Light housekeeping tasks Accompanying clients to appointments, such as medical visits Documentation Transporting yourself between clients by bicycle or car About Us at Bräcke Home Care Alingsås Bräcke Home Care is centrally located in Alingsås, based at Kolavägen. Around 50 colleagues work here, supporting each other and sharing responsibility for daily planning. When we need support, coordinators and the operations manager are always nearby. You take responsibility for your work and collaborate with others when needed. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in people-oriented work or care You can ride a bicycle You can speak and write Swedish fluently Completed or ongoing education in health and care is an advantage Welcome to Apply! Upon being offered employment, you must present a valid ID and a certificate from the police's conviction register and suspicion register. The certificate must not be older than six months. If your certificate was issued before March 1, 2026, you will need to order a new one that covers both registers.
