Hourly Substitute - Home Care Services

At Bräcke Home Care Alingsås, we are looking for hourly substitutes who want to work close to people in their everyday lives. With us, you help our clients with care, practical support, and other assistance that makes it possible for them to continue living at home. We meet each person based on their individual needs. We do this with compassion, respect, and human dignity as our foundation. Your Role in the Team As an hourly substitute, you work when regular staff are on leave or absent. In this job, you get variety, movement, and many interactions with people in different life situations. You work very independently, but always have colleagues to ask and collaborate with. When you start with us, you'll receive practical training together with regular staff. You'll get to know our work methods, the area, and our clients before you start working more independently. The job includes, among other things: Assistance with personal care Lighter service tasks in the home Accompanying clients on errands, for example healthcare visits Documentation Transporting yourself between clients by bicycle or car About Bräcke Home Care Alingsås Bräcke Home Care is centrally located in Alingsås, based on Kolavägen. Around 50 colleagues work here, helping each other and sharing responsibility for planning the day. When we need support, coordinators and management are close at hand. Qualifications You have education in healthcare and care with at least 800 care credits You can ride a bicycle You can speak and write Swedish so you can communicate with clients and colleagues and document your work Experience working in home care, elderly care, or other healthcare and care settings is a plus We Welcome Your Application! If you are offered employment, you will need to show a valid ID and an extract from the police's criminal record and suspicion register. The extract cannot be older than six months. If your extract was issued before March 1, 2026, you will need to order a new one that covers both registers.
