Hourly Substitute - Preschool

We are now seeking hourly substitute childcare workers for Förskolan Närdaghemmet's internal substitute pool. The preschool is located in the peaceful, idyllic residential area of Svartbäcken. Närdaghemmet is a parent-run preschool where we have 26 children between 1-6 years old. As an hourly substitute with us, you will step in for regular staff as needed. You will have daily contact with the children and their guardians, as well as collaborate with other educators in the program. You will play an important role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children, where their security, development, and well-being are the focus. We would appreciate it if you have relevant training or experience in childcare, but it is not a requirement. More important is your ability to build good relationships with both children and adults, and that you are a responsible and flexible colleague with strong social skills and a natural ability to collaborate. You need to have a positive approach and a genuine interest in working with children. We offer you a workplace where you can develop both as a childcare worker and as a person.
