Hourly Substitute - On-Call Position

Hourly substitute needed for Kristiansborgs & Villa Utsiktens preschools Kristiansberg Preschool is looking for you to work as an hourly substitute and contribute to a safe, curious, and inclusive environment for our children. We work with dedicated preschool teachers and childcare assistants guided by our core values: safety, participation, movement, joy, and children at the center. As an hourly substitute, you work as needed when regular staff are absent. We contact you when we need additional support in our activities. We're looking for you: We're seeking someone with childcare assistant training and strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You enjoy working both outdoors and indoors throughout all seasons and meet children with positivity, presence, and a genuine interest in their development. You collaborate well with colleagues and maintain a safe and professional relationship with parents, where meaningful conversations are always a natural part of your work. We actively focus on physical activity, outdoor play, music, and creative activities. Social development and how we treat one another permeates our daily work.
