Hourly substitute staff needed at the treatment home Nyckeln. Treatment Home Nyckeln in Mora is a residential care facility for girls and young women ages 16-24 with mental health conditions. Both psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses are present. At Nyckeln, we offer both treatment and assessment. One method used in treatment is DBT skills training. At Nyckeln, we have social workers, behavioral scientists, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, treatment assistants, and psychiatrists. The goal of treatment is for residents at Nyckeln to practice managing their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. Nyckeln provides clients with a safe, home-like environment with clear structure. The Role: The position includes leading and participating in daily activities as well as writing case notes. Work shifts according to schedule including day, weekend, and evening shifts. Your Qualifications: We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should have respect for people's equal worth and be humble toward people's different circumstances. Good treatment of both colleagues and residents is fundamental. We are looking for a warm, independent person with a professional approach to work. Education: 2-year post-secondary education in the field. For example, Social Pedagogue, Treatment Pedagogue, Caregiver, or other education in psychiatry or social work. We also want you to have experience in treatment work, psychiatry, or other social work. Applications are processed on a rolling basis.
