Do you want to work at a small Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool on Kungsholmen? Minibojarna is a dedicated parent cooperative where children's curiosity, thoughts, and experiences are at the center. We are now looking for a responsible and reliable substitute who can step in as needed when regular staff are absent. Job Responsibilities As a substitute at Minibojarna, you help create a safe, fun, and stimulating day for the children. You work together with the regular staff and participate in the daily activities at the preschool. Your responsibilities may include: Participating in educational activities. Supporting children in play, learning, and daily routines. Being a trusted and present adult in the children's group. Assisting with meals, dressing, rest time, and outdoor activities. Collaborating with colleagues to create a good and safe environment for the children. Work shifts vary depending on the facility's needs and may sometimes require you to be contacted on short notice. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience working with children in preschool or other educational settings. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. We would appreciate it if you: Have experience working in a children's group. Feel comfortable interacting with children, colleagues, and guardians. Are flexible and can adapt to different situations and tasks. Have a professional and responsible approach. Who Are You? About Minibojarna Minibojarna is a parent cooperative on Kungsholmen with 29 children divided into two groups. Here, preschool teachers and childcare workers collaborate to create a program where children's exploration, participation, and learning are in focus. We work with a project-based and exploratory approach inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and strive to ensure that each child is seen, heard, and met according to their individual needs. About the Position Hourly employment as needed. Work shifts vary based on the facility's needs. Opportunity for both short-term and longer-term substitutions. Start date by agreement.
