About the Position We offer flexible part-time work where you gain valuable experience in pedagogical work with young people. You become part of a dynamic environment where theory meets practical reality. As a substitute teacher at Praktiska Gymnasiet Malmö, Limhamn, you step in when regular staff are absent. You lead lessons and support students in their theoretical or practical subjects. Working hours vary and are matched to your schedule and the school's needs. Your Assignment Lead and structure lessons based on existing plans. Support students in their individual work and vocational tasks. Create a safe, study-focused, and professional classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators and mentors at the school. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has started or completed a pedagogical education, or has solid experience in a specific vocational field. You should be initiative-taking and able to adapt quickly to new circumstances. You also have good communication skills and are skilled at building relationships with young people. You speak and write fluent Swedish.
