Hourly Personal Assistant

Personal assistant for hourly employment needed for a 45-year-old woman living independently. She needs help with everything including hygiene, cleaning and laundry, as well as meal preparation. Since she has daily activities at home, it is important that you as an assistant plan activities during the day in addition to regular tasks. She has epilepsy and can be outwardly expressive. You will work one-on-one with the woman and must be able to take own initiative and carefully follow workplace routines. We are looking for a woman who is fluent in Swedish both spoken and written. Experience with personal assistance and low-arousal approaches is a merit. This is an hourly position with varying hours throughout all days of the week, evenings, and nights including on-call sleeping shifts.
