In a combination of delivering quality and service, your main tasks will be: • Ensure that facilities are clean and well maintained • Provide a warm and professional reception that creates positive experiences for our guests • Contribute to safety and security in our facilities • Develop operations and strengthen collaboration with the city's departments and other actors • Handle simple administrative tasks and contribute to efficient work processes Working hours vary and may include work during daytime, evenings, and weekends. During daytime, you primarily meet school classes in the halls, and during evenings and weekends, the majority of visitors are from various sports associations. Qualifications We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education and experience and good knowledge within service work. We would like to see that you have education within sports, associations, or children and youth activities. It is also meritorious if you have experience working with children and young people or experience from multicultural work environments. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have a background in sports or association activities, and are multilingual. For this position, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and competencies.
