WORK DUTIES As a youth coach, you will work in an environment where young people are in focus and co-creation is central. You will contribute to creating a stimulating and inclusive leisure time for young people, with a particular focus on diversity and challenging norms. Through a coaching approach, you will help young people develop and take their own initiatives, while contributing to a positive and safe environment. The work may also include assignments aimed at young people with disabilities as well as participating in events such as Pride Week or youth-initiated trips and fairs. The work is primarily scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. However, daytime work may also occur. We hope that you can work at least five shifts per month, with the possibility of more shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • at least a high school diploma. Alternatively, you have work experience that the employer deems relevant for the position • good knowledge of Swedish We consider it a merit if you have: • work experience from similar work or other work with young people • experience organizing events • knowledge of languages other than Swedish To succeed and thrive in the role of youth coach, you as a person must be good at organizing, be flexible and solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills.
