About the Job Are you a licensed nurse looking for flexible work within municipal health and social care? We're now recruiting you to work as a temporary hourly employee with us in the Nordost city district. With us, you'll work with patients in their home environment and contribute to their independence. We're responsible for patients in regular housing, functional support (BMSS), and care and residential facilities. As a nurse, your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and structuring work with patients using a person-centered approach. You independently assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions, but always have colleagues to consult. You follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. Work is scheduled during daytime, evening, and/or weekends. As an hourly temporary employee, you'll be scheduled based on the operation's needs and your own availability. You'll also have freedom in your work, with the opportunity to plan and influence your workday. We work in a person-centered manner, with patients' needs at the center. You'll receive good onboarding with shadowing and ongoing guidance, plus knowledge exchange with colleagues from various professional backgrounds. Currently, we're geographically based in Angered at Kultivatorgatan 6, but from spring 2027 we'll have shared facilities for health and social care in Gamlestaden. Previous nursing experience is meriting, but we also welcome newly qualified nurses. Since we operate across a large geographic area, a B driving license is required.
