About the Position
As an hourly employee in elder care, you provide support and care based on each person's individual needs, wishes, and care plan. The work is built on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity, aiming to create a safe, meaningful, and dignified daily life.
Depending on which operation you work in, the tasks can vary. In home care, you support people in their own homes, while in residential facilities you work with colleagues to provide good, person-centered care. Common duties will include:
Provide support with daily activities and personal care based on individual needs,
Assist with meals, transfers, and social interaction,
Document services in client records according to applicable guidelines,
Collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other professionals to provide good and safe care,
Contribute to a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for older adults.

This is an ongoing expression of interest for hourly employment. As an hourly employee, you work as needed, and working hours can be day, evening, or weekend shifts. Night shifts may also occur in residential facilities. All our operations are located in Sollentuna municipality.
About You
For success in this role, we see that you have:
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written,
Basic computer skills and can use email, Word, and operational systems.
It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant and have proof of the protected professional title of nursing assistant. We also appreciate experience working in elder care, home care, assisted living, or other care and health services. Knowledge of person-centered care and dementia care is meritorious. A driver's license (B category) is also meritorious, especially for home care work.

About the Recruitment Process
