About Us We are seeking hourly employees for various roles in care and support services. This is an open application, which means you express your interest in temporary hourly work with us. Your information will be saved and we will contact you when and if the need for hourly workers arises within any of our operations. Working with us is varied and offers many exciting meetings with interesting people. You make a real difference for others while using and developing important skills such as creativity, teamwork, and flexibility. Your Role As an employee with us, you have the important role of facilitating and providing support to people in their daily lives. Regardless of which role or operation you apply for with us, you will, among other things: Provide support to service users according to our clear work procedures. Plan and implement activities with service users to enhance their quality of life. Document your work to ensure quality in our operations. To help you get a good start and feel secure in your tasks, you will receive an introduction and delegation training. We tailor the introduction to your knowledge and experience level. You will be employed through our central staffing unit. Depending on your experience and preferences, you will have the opportunity to work in one or more of our excellent operations. Since our care and support services operate around the clock, seven days a week, there are opportunities to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Home Care Services You visit and assist elderly people living in their own homes to manage their daily lives. Here you get to be out and active, and you'll experience both varied and eventful work days. You work both independently and together with supportive colleagues. Elderly Care Facilities At our elderly care facilities, you help seniors with more comprehensive care and support needs. Together with colleagues in various roles, you form a team that works to create wonderful days and a warm, safe, and joyful life for those living here. Support for People with Disabilities and Personal Assistance Here you support people of all ages with physical or mental disabilities by working in group homes, supported living accommodations, personal assistance roles, or short-term care facilities under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Who Are You? To thrive with us, you need a strong interest in working with people. You are skilled at treating individuals with respect and good service. Additionally, you are attentive to others' needs and preferences. Your sense of responsibility and good teamwork ability are qualities we highly value. We are looking for someone who: Is at least 18 years old. Wants to collaborate and help other people. Can speak, write, and understand Swedish. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, as qualities such as good teamwork, attentive communication, and the ability to create security in interactions with others are central in all our roles. Merits Are trained, or are currently training, in a healthcare profession such as physician, nurse, or nursing assistant. Have previously worked in one of our operations or in care and support services. A driver's license is a merit and may be required in some of our operations.
