We'd like to see that you've worked at least 1-2 years in an acute care ward. If you're interested in night work, we'd like to see that you've worked several years as a night nurse or have substantial experience as a nurse. As a person, you're communicative, responsible, and thorough. You should be attentive and find it easy to integrate into different work groups and settings, as you'll be working on different units.
