The Community Development Administration is responsible for catering and facility cleaning, development, urban planning and building permits, parks and green spaces, roads, water, and waste. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your task is to transform every surface into a sparkling clean and inviting space. By using cleaning equipment such as vacuums and wet mops, you will create workplaces that truly inspire and contribute to a good working environment. You may clean spaces such as schools, offices, and restrooms. You are employed by Ystad Municipality, and as a temporary employee, you will cover for your colleagues in cases such as sick leave. This means you may work at different facilities throughout the municipality, not just in the central parts of Ystad. Your flexibility as a temporary employee makes you indispensable to our team, and we look forward to creating brilliant results and welcoming spaces together! QUALIFICATIONS To be a suitable candidate for this position, you need: • very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves communication with colleagues, operations, and other people in daily work. • ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks with good quality. • be thorough, service-oriented, and have a professional demeanor. • be able to keep to schedules and follow given instructions and routines. • ability to adapt to different workplaces and work tasks. It is advantageous if you have: • experience in facility cleaning or other work experience that we assess as relevant to the work, for example, work where thoroughness, service, responsibility, independence, and ability to keep to schedules have been important aspects of the tasks. • a PRYL certificate or other relevant training in facility cleaning. • a class B driver's license and access to your own vehicle, if the work requires you to travel between different workplaces. For us, it is important that you have the willingness and drive to work as a facility cleaner. You should be flexible, willing to collaborate, and comfortable working both independently and in groups. It's important that you are open to different cleaning assignments, and your strength is that you see each assignment as a fun challenge. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
