Working hours: 07:00 - 15:30 or 15:30 - 22:00

Start date: By agreement
Workplace: You'll be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna Municipality.
Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do?
As a care assistant with us, you'll work in customers' homes with varying services based on individual needs:
Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility
Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good service
Daily living support – help with meals and light housekeeping tasks
Supervision & safety – notice needs and contribute to safe care
Documentation – document according to care plans
Emergency alarm response – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have activated alarms. We work on behalf of Vallentuna Municipality and are responsible for both routine home care services and emergency alarm response between 07:00 - 22:00. This means varied assignments with both planned and more urgent tasks.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is dedicated and wants to contribute to secure and professional home care:
Experience in health and care (Advantageous) – you have experience working with individuals in need of support
Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
Class B driver's license (Required) – you're a confident and experienced driver
Bike proficiency (Required) – you're comfortable cycling between customer visits
Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and treating people with empathy, respect, and understanding
Digitally proficient – you use mobile devices in your daily work
