Capio Geriatrik Dalen provides modern geriatric care in well-equipped facilities with good accessibility. The facility operates 164 care beds distributed across seven departments. We work with modern digital solutions that facilitate daily operations, including the TakeCare patient record system, Frisq, and advanced medical technology with automatic data transfer.
Department 42 is a general geriatric unit with 24 care beds, of which eight are single rooms. We provide geriatric assessment, treatment, and care for patients with conditions such as infections, cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, COPD, and diabetes.
Your Role
As a part-time nursing assistant with us, you're a key person in daily care work and work closely with patients in an engaged team. You create safety, participation, and good care quality for our patients.
You're part of a multiprofessional team and work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, speech therapists, care coordinators, and coordinator nurses. Your tasks include patient care, meal service, documentation in TakeCare, participation in rounds, and delegated medical technical tasks such as blood draws, peripheral catheter management, wound care, NEWS2 monitoring, and glucose measurement.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a trained nursing assistant with at least one year of experience in inpatient care. You're responsible, flexible, and enjoy working in a team. You're attentive to patient needs, see possibilities in change, and actively contribute to a positive work environment.
Previous experience in healthcare or geriatrics is required.
About the Position
This is a part-time position. Working hours are scheduled during day and evening shifts, on both weekdays and weekends.
