This is a part-time position with hours based on the school's needs—perfect if you're looking for flexible work that you can combine with another position, studies, or retirement. The position involves approximately 40-50 hours of work per term, with administrative work able to be done from home. Your main responsibilities include: Counseling: Conduct individual guidance sessions and group counseling for students regarding further education and future career choices. Information: Inform students and guardians about secondary school selection, different educational pathways, and the job market. Documentation: Manage administrative work and documentation related to career counseling. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a career counseling degree. You have a genuine interest in young people and the ability to meet each student based on their unique circumstances. You are independent and well-organized, as you will own and drive the counseling process at the school. You will also have the opportunity to work from home for your administrative tasks.
