We are seeking an engaged specialist in general medicine or endocrinology who wants to work with follow-up care for patients with diabetes in an organization at the forefront of data-driven and proactive patient care. About the Assignment We are developing a new approach for follow-up of diabetes patients where patients identified through our follow-up models are offered visits via Alltid öppet (Always Open). The patient can then book a physical or digital visit themselves. As a physician, you will: Follow up patients with diabetes based on identified care needs. Conduct medical assessments and adjust treatments. Provide advice on self-care and prevention. Contribute to the development of future data-driven diabetes follow-up.
