We are currently seeking temporary receptionists for our staffing pool in Gothenburg. The receptionist position is a rewarding role that provides you with valuable experience, professional knowledge, and new contacts. You will be employed by Prowork and become our valued consultant at our clients' offices in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with working hours between 07:30-17:30, Monday-Friday. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting visitors Managing access cards Ordering courier services Handling mail and deliveries Administrative tasks Qualifications: We are looking for someone with another primary occupation such as studies or part-time work. We also require that you have completed upper secondary education and experience in service, preferably reception. You speak and write fluent English, as many of our clients are international. You have a good morning attitude and are flexible, as tasks vary between our clients. As a person, you are proactive and have exceptional customer service skills. We also appreciate that you are easygoing and cooperative, as you are always the face of our company to our clients. For us, it is essential that this becomes a long-term collaboration!
