We are seeking a part-time employee to work as a receptionist and sterilization assistant at our modern dental clinic in central Eskilstuna. Clinic hours: Monday–Wednesday: 08.00–17.00 Thursday–Friday: 08.00–16.00 We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is social and service-oriented. Great importance is placed on personality and teamwork ability. Your responsibilities: Greeting patients in a friendly manner, ordering supplies, handling payments, answering calls and making appointments for patients, monitoring incoming emails. Administration is part of the work, such as patient record management, scheduling, and sending reminders. We have worked hard to ensure that everything at the clinic enhances our patients' experience with us. As our receptionist, you are usually the first person patients come into contact with at our clinic. The work requires that you are naturally good at meeting patients and enjoy providing excellent service.
