The Care Administration is responsible for care and services in ordinary and special housing and for people in need of municipal health and medical care. The goal is for elderly people to be able to live as active and independent a life as possible. The guiding principle in our work is a health-promoting approach, where we value teamwork highly. JOB DUTIES
As a temporary nursing assistant/care assistant/care worker in Nybro Municipality, you will work to support and develop our clients in their daily lives so they can live as independently as possible. No two days are alike, and your workday varies depending on our clients' needs.
Your duties mainly consist of assisting clients in their daily lives with personal care, cleaning, meals, and social interaction. In your work, you will also document your various services.
Within Nybro Municipality, there are several different units to work at. You may work either at special housing or with clients who live at home but need support in their daily lives. If you have any special wishes about working at a specific residence or location, please indicate this in your application. Solo work may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
There are no requirements for previous work experience, but for certain positions, primarily in home care services, a Class B driver's license is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability as you will have a significant role in our clients' daily lives.
