Work Hours and Employment Type: Temporary position on RAM agreement You can step in at short notice during sick leave and vacant shifts. Day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts. You will daily document and handle any incidents. Together with colleagues, you distribute work tasks and communicate with healthcare personnel such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses. Examples of Work Tasks: Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans Receive medication delegation from registered nurses Conduct fun activities Handle documents and incident reports Who Are You? We are Looking for You Who: Are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent work experience Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speaking and writing It is a Merit if You Have: Experience working in elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia Experience working in privately operated facilities A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
