The Social Services Department is responsible for providing support, care and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) and the Health and Medical Care Act.
This can involve providing elderly people with a safe and meaningful everyday life, supporting persons with disabilities or being there for children, young people and adults in vulnerable life situations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to work with health and medical care where your professional judgment really makes a difference? With us you meet a day filled with variety, personal responsibility and a meaningful mission where the person is always at the center. We are now looking for temporary nurses.
As a nurse, you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and following up health and medical care services within the municipality's areas of responsibility. You work with patients in regular and special housing, within function support and social psychiatry – depending on your placement.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Independently carry out medical assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with teams, family members and other actors regarding patient care
- Guide and delegate tasks to care personnel
- Document in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines
Work takes place during daytime, evenings and weekends, nights, depending on the needs of the activity and your preferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying are confident in your professional role, take responsibility for the quality of care and have good conduct. You need to be able to make your own decisions, while collaborating with others in the team. You also have the ability to document in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
We also see that you have:
- Nursing license
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing
- B driver's license is required for the position
Experience from municipal health and medical care is meritorious.
