About the Role To thrive as a Finance Manager, you are strategic, goal-oriented, and ambitious with strong analytical abilities and business acumen. In this role, you report directly to the company's CFO but also collaborate closely with Business Controllers and the accounting team. If you have prior experience managing people, this can be included in the role. Below is a sample of your responsibilities: Analytical work and monthly reporting to CFO Review of monthly reconciliations Balance sheet budgeting and forecasting Contact with auditors and authorities Develop and improve internal processes Are You the Right Fit? As a person, you are positive, social, and proactive with a doer mentality. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. You are confident in your expertise and leadership abilities and have the capacity to coach and inspire your colleagues. This role demands high levels of forward-thinking, communication skills, and professionalism. We're looking for someone with academic education in a relevant field such as economics, accounting, or similar, plus at least five years of experience in a similar role and/or as an auditor, business controller, financial controller, or comparable position. You will be a key person in identifying and driving improvement processes in a growing organization. It's advantageous if you have strong English skills and are systems-oriented. We also see that you are comfortable working in a changing work environment and have excellent Excel skills.
