You work closely with other case handlers in the unit and collaborate both internally and externally. The work is largely routine-based but is a fundamental and important part of the unit's export control efforts. In addition to case management, you also participate in ongoing work with various administrative tasks in the unit.

Meritorious
Experience with permit case management from the public sector.
Experience working at a government agency such as the Government Offices of Sweden or similar.
You as an applicant can be either at the beginning of your career or a person with substantial work experience.
Personal Qualities
We are seeking someone with high work capacity who is accustomed to working under time pressure and delivering within set deadlines without compromising on accuracy and quality. The work requires that you have an efficient and structured work approach and that you can take in and process large amounts of information as well as handle multiple matters in parallel. To ensure you thrive in the role, we believe you are a social person with good collaborative skills. You are committed to providing good service and being communicative while maintaining high integrity. To succeed in this role, it is an advantage if you have an interest in foreign, security, and defense policy. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
The Unit
The PDA unit is organized into two groups – the Permit Group and the Expert Support Group. The Permit Group is responsible for all ongoing decisions regarding export permits and advance rulings, as well as ISP's international cooperation in this area. The Expert Support Group is responsible for ISP's work with international sanctions, technical investigations, and ISP's international cooperation on export control matters (shared with the Permit Group). Which group you are placed in will be determined based on your competence and experience as well as current needs in the unit. However, the unit's resources can be allocated flexibly if the case situation requires it. The colleagues in the PDA unit are a professional group with great heart and enormous expertise. You will quickly become part of the team and a valuable addition to the unit.
