About the Role The Regional Manager role is as fast-paced and broad as it is social and developmental. You are ultimately responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing operations through strategic and operational management within your region. Region West, focused on commercial customer agreements, currently consists of approximately 35 employees who you, together with a team of 6 direct-reporting Operations Managers, will lead and develop. You report to the COO, have monthly business reviews with the CEO, and are an active member of the operational management group. You are also the primary contact person for nationwide and larger customer agreements. Your main responsibilities will be to: Ensure that daily operational targets are met and that all tasks are performed to a high quality standard Own results, budget, forecasts, and follow-up and take action to achieve established targets through cost control and revenue optimization Be part of a management group and ensure that management group decisions are implemented and followed Monitor and analyze KPIs continuously and propose improvements when needed Plan resources and recruit Ensure that processes, routines, and working methods are optimized and followed according to ongoing decisions, agreements, policies, guidelines, and laws Ensure that operations meet all relevant legal requirements and standards within quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, and work on improvements in the QMS area About You You are a natural and communicative leader who is passionate about quality and development – both of employees and of processes and routines. You have strategic perspective and appreciate the combination of big-picture focus and attention to detail. You work results-oriented and rely on budget, forecasts, and results in your decision-making. You are skilled at building and developing long-term relationships with customers, employees, and partners. The role also means that you are an important ambassador for Luotea and represent the business professionally in various contexts. To succeed in this role, you need Academic education in economics, engineering, property management, or equivalent Documented experience leading operations with personnel and budget responsibility Strong leadership and communication skills Very strong ability in financial management and budgeting Knowledge of facility management agreements and contract management Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in occupational health and safety, quality, and environment B-category driver's license is a requirement Meritorious Experience within property services or other relevant areas Why Choose Luotea Our customers are public and commercial property owners throughout the country.
