Restaurant Severins at Varbergs Kusthotell is now seeking an interim assistant restaurant manager. In this role, you will have significant responsibility alongside the restaurant manager to deliver a first-class experience in food, beverages, and service to hotel guests. You will combine service shifts with certain administrative tasks. The position is primarily about leading by example in operations and coaching staff to deliver the service experience that Severins stands for.
