You will have a central role in driving test and quality work forward, both through test leadership and operational testing. About the assignment The agency is responsible for the development and management of mission-critical IT systems where high quality, stability, and regulatory compliance are crucial. As a test lead/software tester, you will be an important part of ensuring that systems meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Practical information: Start: From September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2028 Location: Central Örebro Employment level: Full-time, 100% Remote work: Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office, remote work by agreement Your responsibilities You will handle defect reporting and quality assurance processes, participate in requirements work from a test and quality perspective, and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results. The role also includes reporting test status, risks, and quality status to project management and governance, as well as contributing to the development of the agency's test methodology and approach.
