We are now seeking a High Voltage Test Engineer in Ludvika. About the Position You will join a dedicated team with broad expertise and strong teamwork, where the group together drives delivery projects and develops test environments for the customer's products. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading testing activities for transformers and reactors. You will be an important contact person for both customers and internal/external stakeholders, which requires strong communication skills and professional conduct. You will work both locally and globally in various projects and networks, and contribute to creating a safe and sustainable quality culture within the department. The role also involves contributing to the development of operations in both the short and long term. Your Responsibilities Lead and perform tests on transformers and reactors Communicate with customers and build trust through clear and professional dialogue Ensure proper documentation of test results and production data in accordance with applicable guidelines Participate in the digitalization journey to create a modern test environment Deliver according to schedule and set objectives Contribute to a safe work environment About You You have education in electrical power engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent You are customer-focused and have good risk awareness in high-voltage environments You are fluent in Swedish and English You are willing to relocate to/live in Ludvika You are driven, engaged, and skilled at creating collaboration in teams You have a solution-oriented approach and are quality-conscious.
