As a Test Engineer at Toyota Material Handling Europe, you'll play a central role combining hands-on testing, data analysis, and product development in a strong team. Here you'll get to: Work at the forefront of technology - from manual trucks to autonomous solutions Combine analysis, design, and practical testing in our modern lab Be an important part of the entire development journey - from idea to finished product Work in an inclusive and unpretentious culture where your development is in focus Main responsibilities: Conduct rig and fatigue testing in servohydraulic test rigs (MTS) Perform vibration testing of components in shakers including analysis and evaluation of results Develop and commission PLC-controlled test rigs for component testing Conduct field measurements with advanced measurement systems and analyze collected data Work with standard testing and verification of trucks according to relevant standards Perform fatigue testing on shake tables Continuously develop and improve testing methods, processes, and equipment You'll work with testing in both new development projects, existing products, and custom-built trucks in an exciting mix of practical testing, truck and equipment preparation, as well as data collection and analysis. What we're looking for: You are a university graduate or civil engineer in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) You have experience with mechanical testing You have good knowledge of Swedish and English As a person, you are practical, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team Experience with vibration testing, fatigue testing, and working with strain gauges and advanced measurement systems is advantageous. Knowledge of data analysis, CAD, and PLC programming is also valued.
