Do you want to take on technical overall responsibility for test automation and help shape the future of testing and automation solutions? We are now seeking a senior and technically strong Test Automation Architect who wants to develop, structure, and establish modern solutions within testing and automation for one of our clients. This is a role for you who thrives at the intersection of hands-on technology, architecture, and technical leadership. You have a deep understanding of test automation and enjoy seeing the bigger picture – from technical choices and architecture to implementation, working methods, and long-term development. You will have a central role in developing and shaping how the organization works with test automation, test architecture, and quality assurance in complex technical environments. This is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client. About the Role In this role, you will, among other things: Develop and further evolve architecture, principles, and working methods for testing and automation Design, develop, and establish automated testing solutions and test frameworks Evaluate and develop tools, frameworks, and technical approaches within test automation Establish and improve test automation solutions, pipelines, and integration flows Work with test strategy and test architecture for complex systems and technical platforms Ensure that testability, quality, and traceability are built in early in the development process Be a technical sounding board for developers, testers, architects, and other technical functions Drive technical questions and contribute to strategic decisions within testing and quality assurance Support, coach, and share knowledge with teams and the organization Contribute to developing best practices and long-term working methods within test automation You will continue to be close to the technology and work hands-on, while also taking greater responsibility for structure, architecture, and the long-term development of the test automation area. About You We believe you are a senior specialist, technical lead, or architect within test automation and feel confident taking technical ownership of this area.
