Do you want to be part of shaping how we approach quality across our entire tech organization? As Test Strategy Lead with us, you don't just think big – you also make sure it actually happens. Here you'll build a test strategy that makes a real difference, where quality is a natural part of everything we do – from the first line of code to final delivery. What will you do? You have a clear mandate: to own, develop, and drive our overall test strategy. This means you set the technical direction for how we work with quality – but also help the organization put it into practice. In your day-to-day work, you move between strategy and reality. One moment you're defining principles and frameworks for how we test our systems, the next you're supporting teams in concrete decisions about test levels, methods, or automation. You become a natural partner to development teams on questions related to quality, testability, and building quality in from the start – rather than testing it in afterwards. An important part of the role is also creating a shared understanding of where we actually stand. By gathering insights, analyzing quality data, and highlighting risks, you help us make better decisions – for example, before releases or when we need to reprioritize. You will, among other things: set and further develop our overall test strategy and ensure it's being used drive modernization within testing, such as increased automation, AI support, and continuous quality assurance lead and contribute to forums where we bring together expertise in testing, quality, and security identify risks, quality gaps, and areas for improvement and drive change At the same time, you stay aware of what's happening in the wider world within QA, AI, and DevOps and make it relevant and useful in our context. Are you the one who will make it happen? We believe you thrive in a role where you can combine a helicopter perspective with being close to reality. You enjoy setting direction and strategy, but also know that the real momentum happens in day-to-day work together with the teams. You have many years of experience working with testing, QA, or quality assurance in complex IT environments, and have previously been involved in developing or driving test strategies or quality frameworks. You have a good understanding of test levels, test design, and modern development practices, and are comfortable collaborating closely with development teams. It's also important that you have extensive experience in test automation and see the value of working data-driven. You like to use data to support analysis and decision-making, and explore how AI can simplify and improve both your own and others' work.
