The position is located in Ludvika. Does this sound interesting? Apply today! Responsibilities In the role, you have strategic sales responsibility with a focus on HVDC projects. Bid work related to HVDC projects is a central part of your area of responsibility. You are the responsible sales manager for both bushings and tap-changers. Through marketing and product promotion activities, you strengthen our position with internal customers, third-party customers, and end customers. Budget work and forecast responsibility are a natural part of the role. With responsibility for a unique product portfolio, you ensure that the offering meets market requirements and customer needs. The role involves building, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with internal customers, third-party customers, and end customers worldwide. Your Background Several years of experience in technical sales within high voltage, the energy sector, or areas related to Hitachi Energy's product portfolio is an important foundation for the role. Experience working with or leading large technical projects, such as HVDC projects, is a merit. A technical educational background in electrical power, electrical engineering, or equivalent is mandatory to succeed in the role. Very good English language skills, both spoken and written, are required. Knowledge of Swedish is a merit. Good IT skills and experience with Office 365, document management systems, or business systems such as ERP, SAP, or ECM are prerequisites to succeed in the role. An open and unpretentious approach, together with the ability to both give and receive constructive feedback, is highly valued. A strong customer focus and the ability to build long-term relationships, handle negotiations both internally and externally, and deliver high service quality are important success factors in the role.
