About the Job As a wheel loader operator at Manpower, you will work with handling incoming and outgoing goods in warehouse and terminal operations. You are responsible for ensuring that materials and deliveries are handled in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. Your main duties will include: Loading and unloading deliveries with wheel loader Reception inspection of incoming goods Placement and handling of materials according to current procedures Prepare and load outgoing goods for transport Ensure correct documentation Contribute to order, structure, and safety in the work area Daily collaboration with colleagues and other functions in the operation About You We are looking for someone who is responsible, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an operational environment where precision and efficiency are essential. You have good teamwork abilities while being able to work independently and take your own initiative. Requirements for the Position Fork lift truck license B1 and B3 Wheel loader license for goods handling (C2) Class B driver's license Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Merits Experience operating wheel loaders in industry, terminal, warehouse, or recycling operations Experience with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods Good machinery skills and experience with daily inspection and basic maintenance of vehicles Experience working with documentation, shipping documents, and inventory Background Check Information In accordance with our customers' requirements, this recruitment includes a background check in the crime and liability register as part of the employment process.
