About the Role
As a terminal worker, you will become an important part of the daily operations at the company's terminal. You are responsible for receiving, handling, and preparing vehicles, and you ensure that the terminal area is well-organized, safe, and maintains high quality standards.
In this role, you will work with tasks such as receiving and registering incoming vehicles, performing PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), cleaning and washing cars, and preparing vehicles according to provided checklists and instructions. You will move and park vehicles in the terminal area and also work with charging and minor maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles.
The work also includes minor workshop-related tasks, such as visual inspections, adjustments, and replacement of simple components. You document and report any damage, deviations, and deficiencies in relevant systems and contribute to maintaining good order and safety at the terminal.
You work according to the company's procedures for quality, environment, and working conditions and have close collaboration with, among others, the operations manager, claims handler, transport management, and drivers.
About You
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys a practical role where quality and safety are in focus. You preferably have experience with vehicles, terminal, or warehouse work and have a basic technical understanding of vehicles. You are accustomed to following instructions, checklists, and procedures and have an easy time adopting new ways of working.
To succeed in this role, you need to have good organizational skills and attention to detail, while also being flexible and solution-oriented when the workday requires it. You have basic digital skills and feel comfortable documenting and reporting information in various systems.
Above all, we see that you are someone who takes responsibility for your work tasks, collaborates well with others, and always keeps safety and quality in mind.
Requirements for the position:
- Class B driver's license
- Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Good system skills, e.g., Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role is a merit.
