About the Position
As a terminal worker, you will be an important part of daily operations, ensuring that cargo flows are handled efficiently, safely, and with high quality. You will work shifts together with a team characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and thoroughness.
Examples of work tasks:
Unload and load cargo, operate forklifts, and sort shipments
Pallet arrangement and registration of incoming and outgoing cargo
Verify that cargo and documentation match before further transport
Provide feedback to customers when needed, especially for export shipments
Provide service and support to customers and authorities
Report deviations and contribute to improvements in routines and processes
Work according to company procedures and policies, with a focus on quality, safety, and environment
Working Hours: Shift rotation every other week, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
About You
We are looking for someone who is independent, responsible, and service-oriented. You have a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle physically demanding tasks, and appreciate order and structure. Collaboration with colleagues comes naturally to you, and you contribute to good team spirit.
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse and terminal operations
Experience with LEAN work (e.g., 5S, daily management, continuous improvements)
Forklift certificates A1-A4 and B1 according to TLP10
Driver's license B
Forklift certificate A+B
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
High school level education, preferably with a focus on logistics
Experience working in an IT environment (e.g., WMS, scanning, Office)
Meritorious
Extensive experience operating counterbalance forklifts
High IT maturity and good system experience
Experience in air freight or working in an air-related terminal environment

Security Clearance:
A background check will be conducted as the work takes place within a classified security area.
Ambulatory Consultant:
You will be employed by us at DFDS Professionals but will work at our clients' locations. Being an ambulatory consultant means you are employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and work tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
