In the role of Team Rounds Officer, you have a central function in our delivery of service, aftermarket, and security services. You are responsible for contact with subcontractors, customers, and internal sales functions and ensure that our services and products are delivered with high quality. You serve as an important coordinating link and are the hub in managing service and aftermarket-related matters, where you coordinate, follow up, and drive issues forward to create the best possible customer experience. You will, for example: Handle incoming cases Coordinate and administer technical delivery to our customers Manage delivery inspections internally and externally Maintain contact with customers and subcontractors for follow-up of service tasks Create conditions for new business Assist in the role of security officer when operations require it and during periods of lower workload. You will have many contact points, both internally and externally, and we therefore see that you have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others. You work independently, are results-oriented, and take great responsibility for your tasks. For this role, we require that you are outgoing, driven, systematic, and responsible. You have practical skills, are handy, and are comfortable with varied work tasks. Heavy lifting may occur, and you are comfortable working at heights when the situation requires it. Working hours are typically during office hours, Monday–Friday, but work on evenings and weekends may occur as needed. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Greatest weight will be placed on your personal suitability for the position. As a person, you are honest, helpful, and vigilant, and you make people around you feel secure. Qualifications Requirements Passed grade in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Good knowledge of English Class B driver's license 2 years of work experience Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously This role is suited for you if you are driven by working through others and getting customers and colleagues around you to thrive and want to do their absolute best every work day.
