My name is Choman Saeed and I work as Store Leader at the Telia store in Jönköping A6. We are now looking for two sales-focused technicians to join our fantastic team. We offer you the opportunity to work with Apple and Samsung products at an authorized service center as well as selling Telia's range of services and products available in our store. You will work with the latest models and continuously learn about the latest technology. As a technician, you always work based on the customer and their needs, which is why we appreciate that you have a strong customer focus. The technician role also includes helping with sales in the store when needed. In your role as a salesperson, you will sell Telia's services and products to private and business customers. For us, development and improvement are crucial, so you will receive all the resources you need to succeed in the role. You will receive initial training. The position starts with a six-month probationary period with the aim of transitioning to a full-time position. Your responsibilities: - You will work in our service center as a technician handling tasks such as repairs, parts replacement, and software updates. - You will meet our customers in our store and the work involves some administration and sales. - You will ensure that customers receive the help they need at handover to use their equipment after service. - You will assist our customers by phone or email, and you should be stress-resistant and able to maintain a good mood in all situations. - You will work closely with colleagues to ensure manufacturer requirements are met. - You will sell Telia's services and products to private and business customers. Upper secondary education is a minimum requirement, and you need to be able to express yourself well in writing in both English and Swedish, and be at least 18 years old.
