Would you like to work for a growing company in banking and finance? About the Company Consumer Finance AB is a company that has existed since 2002 and continues to grow. We are now looking for four new employees for our office in Kalix. We collaborate with some of Sweden's leading players in the banking and finance sector. Our assignments consist mainly of customer service for existing customers, but also sales and advisory services regarding financial products and services. Job Responsibilities We are recruiting for two different positions starting August 10: Customer Service Representative (1 position) You will work with incoming and outgoing contacts with existing customers. The role involves providing service, answering questions, and assisting customers with banking and financial matters. Telephone Advisor (3 positions) You will work with outgoing phone calls to both cold and warm leads where you inform about and offer products and services from one of Sweden's leading banks in its field. The work is conducted with a focus on quality, good customer service, and long-term customer relationships. You will receive an introductory training of approximately two weeks where you will gain the knowledge required to start working. What We Offer Fixed monthly salary.
