Discover a versatile assignment! About the job You'll be part of a team working on the Swedish Tax Agency's transformation to meet digitalization. Technically, the team is at the forefront. Together you work on solving tasks from start to finish, where different disciplines such as requirements, development, testing, test automation, documentation, release, and deployment are involved. Work is conducted agile with frequent deliveries, great flexibility, and openness to change. Our development environment offers exciting challenges and stimulates creative solutions. Our technical target environment is primarily Linux with multiple generations of technology stacks and platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift (microservices), Mule Soft with Anypoint Studio, and Oracle databases. We work with tools, technologies, programming languages, and frameworks such as Java, JUnit, Spring, REST, Postman, AMQ, Git, Gradle, Tomcat, SQL, XML, JavaScript, and SOAP. About you To do a good job and thrive with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be responsive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In this job you should: - Have good teamwork skills, be helpful, and have good interpersonal skills - Have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible, and be open to change - Have good problem-solving skills, see patterns, and be able to make delimitations - Be goal-focused and contribute to achieving the purpose of the operation - Act consciously and professionally based on good self-insight - Express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish You should also have: - Completed and relevant academic education in computer science, systems science, or equivalent field, alternatively several years of current and relevant work experience as a systems developer or tester - Several years of current and relevant work experience in systems development and/or testing - Current and relevant experience with agile development work, preferably in SAFe or similar framework It's desirable that you have work experience in any of the following areas: writing test plans and test strategies, driving improvements in the quality assurance process, test-driven development, test automation, and/or Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). It's also desirable with knowledge of Web services (such as REST or SOAP), component-based web development (such as Microfrontends), or Backend frameworks (Spring). Good to know During weeks 32 and 33, we have limited staffing due to vacation, which may result in somewhat longer response times. From week 34 onwards, we're back to normal and are happy to answer your questions. The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security vetting with record check according to the security protection act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
