About the role In this role, you will work as a consultant at the client site and be part of a test and development team where you are responsible for driving and developing test work. You work both operationally and strategically with a focus on test automation and quality assurance. Work as a technical tester in the client's team Contribute to the development of test strategies and approaches Collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders Support the team in test automation and tools Your responsibilities Your tasks include both manual and automated testing work, as well as responsibility for test tools and processes. You also serve as a mentor and support for others in the testing area. Plan, execute, and follow up on tests Develop and maintain test automation Evaluate and implement new test tools Work with tool management and support users Ensure quality throughout the development process Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring Your background To succeed in this role, you are an experienced technical tester with a good understanding of both testing and development. You thrive in an environment where quality, structure, and collaboration are central. At least 4 years of experience testing in a Microsoft environment At least 2 years of experience with test automation At least 2 years of experience with test tool management Experience with mentoring in the testing area At least 1 year of experience as a systems developer Experience with agile methodologies Very good ability to communicate in Swedish Meritorious: It is meritorious if you have experience in more advanced testing areas and modern tools. Experience with load and performance testing Experience building frameworks for test automation Experience with Azure DevOps Server Experience holding workshops or seminars Experience with security testing (e.g., according to OWASP) You as a person You are an analytical and thorough person who is passionate about quality and testing. You thrive in the consulting role and have a good ability to collaborate with different roles in the organization. You are pedagogical and enjoy sharing your knowledge, while also being self-driven and taking responsibility for your work.
