About the role
As a Technical Team Lead / Production Technician, you'll become an important part of our operations team and daily production. You work practically and actively with operators and other functions to ensure stable operations, good quality, high safety, and continuous improvement.
The role suits you if you are technically driven, production-focused, and have the ability to both understand technical solutions and lead people in daily work.
You are someone who not only sees what needs to be improved – you also drive the improvement together with the team.
What your days might look like
In the role, you will, among other things:
work actively in daily production together with line personnel
be a natural part of the operations team and contribute in practical work at the line
support, lead, and develop the team in daily work
contribute technical expertise in equipment failures, changeovers, and problem-solving
monitor machines, processes, and production flows to create stability and quality
communicate technical solutions clearly and practically to colleagues
drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and working methods
be an important link between production and other support functions
contribute to developing standards, procedures, and working methods in production
share your expertise and help others grow in their roles
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is technically minded, comfortable in a production environment, and has a strong interest in machine technology, processes, and people.
You have experience from industrial production and thrive best when you are close to operations. You understand the importance of structure, quality, and safety, but you also know that strong production is built by people who collaborate, learn from each other, and take responsibility together.
To succeed in the role, you need to be both practical and communicative. You should be able to discuss technology, understand machines and processes, but also bring the team together, create clarity, and contribute to a positive work environment.
We believe you have:
experience working in industry, production, or machine technology
good technical understanding and interest in machines, processes, and production flows
ability to lead, support, and develop others in daily work
ability to quickly understand new processes and see connections in production
ability to communicate technical solutions in a simple and clear way
willingness to work close to production and be an active part of line personnel
good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Your personal qualities
As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are confident in taking initiative and have a natural ability to bring others along.
You're not afraid to be practically involved in production, and you enjoy working close to both machines and people. You have positive energy, are clear in your communication, and contribute to creating structure, work satisfaction, and momentum in the team.
